The Prairie House will be closed for dinner service this evening, April 21st, for the Territory Gentlemen's Four-Ball dinner.

The Prairie House will be closed for dinner service on Wednesday, April 25th, for a private Member function.

We have been working to create a brand new menu with a variety of dishes to tempt your taste buds. We're excited to unveil the new dishes! We will roll out the new menu starting Tuesday, January 31st, but you can have a special preview at our tasting dinner on Saturday, January 28th at 6:30 p.m.! We'll be serving taste-sized portions of each item on the menu. This is a great way to try some new dishes. We hope you will discover you like something you haven't tried before!

January 18th Crepes Cooking Class

Please join me for dinner and a Cooking Class on Wednesday, January 18th, at 6:30 p.m. I will demonstrate how to make a breakfast crepe, dinner crepe and crepes suzette. You will learn how to make these delicious, easy-to-make dishes for your friends and family at home in your own kitchen!

Chef Teisha Promoted to Executive Chef

I am pleased to announce the promotion of Teisha Whitney to Executive Chef. Teisha began her culinary career at The Territory over six years ago working as a prep chef developing her skills. Her natural talent and drive have been honed while expanding her knowledge on both the culinary and the operational sides of running a successful, thriving restaurant.
