Membership Classifications

A Full Golf Membership allows the use of all of the Club Facilities and to attend club-sponsored events held at the Club Facilities on a space available basis, upon payment of the required non-refundable membership fee and all applicable dues and other Club Fees. Full Golf Members will enjoy complimentary green fees and cart fees for use of the golf course, but shall pay all personal charges incurred at the Club and all other Club Fees established by the Club. Full Golf Members are eligible to reserve advance starting times in accordance with the policy set forth in the current Rules and Regulations, and are eligible to participate in member golf tournaments at the Club on a space available basis upon payment of applicable fees.

A Corporate Membership shall be owned in the name of a company, limited liability company, corporation, partnership, trust or other form of multiple ownership (the “company”). The company must be an active, on-going operating business or trust. A company formed for the purpose of acquiring a membership shall not qualify; and the Club shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether a particular company is eligible and qualifies to obtain a Corporate Membership. The company, as the actual member and owner of the membership, shall designate one primary designee and may designate up to an additional three associate designees of the membership use privileges. The designee(s) of the membership use privileges must be an officer, director, partner, owner or employee of the company (or in the case of a trust a trustee, donor or principal beneficiary), must submit an Application for Designee Use Privileges, and be approved by the Club. The company shall be responsible for the payment of the required non-refundable membership fee for each designee. The primary designee and each associate designee of a Corporate Membership shall have the same privileges to use the Club Facilities and shall pay the same dues and other Club Fees as a Full Golf Member.
Any and all of the associate designees of a Corporate Membership may be recalled by the Club at any time, in the sole discretion of the Club, upon sixty days prior written notice to the company and the particular designee being recalled. Upon recall of an associatedesignee, all use privileges of the recalled designee(s) shall terminate upon expiration of the sixty-day notice period and the Club shall repay to the company 100% of the actual membership fee previously paid to the Club for the particular associate designee(s)being recalled.
The company may change the designee(s) of the membership use privileges upon approval of the new designee by the Club and thepayment of the applicable non-refundable change of designee fee to the Club.

A National Membership is available to persons who have their (i) principal residence, and (ii) principal place of business, located outside the Oklahoma Counties of Comanche, Cotton, Grady, Jefferson, and Stephens. A National Membership allows the use of all of the Club Facilities and to attend club-sponsored events held at the Club Facilities on a space available basis, upon payment of the required non-refundable membership fee and all applicable dues and other Club Fees. National Members will enjoy complimentary green fees and cart fees for use of the golf course, but shall pay all personal charges incurred at the Club and all other Club Fees established by the Club. National Members are eligible to reserve advance starting times in accordance with the policy set forth in the current Rules and Regulations, and are eligible to participate in member golf tournaments at the Club on a space available basis upon payment of applicable fees.

A Military Membership is available to those persons who are serving on active duty in the military and allows the use of all of the Club Facilities and to attend club-sponsored events held at the Club Facilities on a space available basis, upon payment of the required non-refundable membership fee and all applicable dues and other Club Fees. Military Members will enjoy complimentary green fees and cart fees for use of the golf course, but shall pay all personal charges incurred at the Club and all other Club Fees established by the Club. Military Members are eligible to reserve advance starting times in accordance with the policy set forth in the current Rules and Regulations, and are eligible to participate in member golf tournaments at the Club on a space available basis upon payment of applicable fees.

Social Membership allows the member to select use privileges in one of the following two dues categories prior to the beginning of each membership year, upon payment of the required non-refundable membership fee and all applicable dues and other Club Fees. Each dues level shall have the following use privileges.

 

Sports Dues. Social Members selecting the Sports Dues will be permitted to use the Golf House, swimming pool, Prairie House and clubhouse area (once constructed), and to attend designated club-sponsored non-golf events held at the Club. Social Members paying Sports Dues shall also have the opportunity to use the golf practice facilities including the practice range, putting green, chipping green and the three par 3 practice holes. However, these members shall have no access to use the golf course, except as a guest of another member and payment of the applicable guest fees. Social Members paying Sports Dues shall pay all personal charges incurred at the Club and all other Club Fees established by the Club.

Dining Dues. Social Members selecting the Dining Dues will be permitted to use the dining facilities provided at the Club and to attend designated club-sponsored non-golf events held at the Club. Social Members paying Dining Dues shall pay personal charges incurred at the Club and all other Club Fees established by the Club. Social Members paying Dining Dues shall have no access to the golf course, golf practice facilities including the practice range, putting green, chipping green and the three par 3 practice holes, and swimming pool, except as a guest of another member and payment of the applicable guest fees.
