Tasting with Teisha: Saturday, January 28th, 6:30 p.m. We have been working to create a brand new menu with a variety of dishes to tempt your taste buds and we're excited to unveil the new dishes! We will roll out the new menu starting Tuesday, January 31st, but you can have a special preview at this special tasting dinner. We'll be serving taste-sized portions of each item on the menu. This is a great way to try some new dishes. We hope you will discover you like something you haven't tried before! Space is limited and reservations are essential. Sunday Burgers & Brunch: Sunday, January 29th, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. We have a fabulous menu planned for Sunday Brunch and hope you will be here to enjoy it! On the menu: Savory French Toast, Crispy Bacon, Rosemary-Garlic Pork Tenderloin with Butternut Squash & Potatoes, Cedar Plank Salmon with Maple Wild Rice, Broccoli Saute, Sunset Salad, Prairie House Salad, Assorted Bread & Chefs Choice of Dessert. Adults: $15, Children 10 and under: $10.

Book Club: Thursday, February 2nd, meet at noon in the Prairie House for lunch and book discussion. Our book selection this month is The Kitchen House by Kathleen Grissom. $15 for lunch. Valentine Sweets & Krispy Treats Kid's Cooking Class: Saturday, February 11th, 1:00 p.m. in the Prairie House. Bring the kids for a fun time preparing and decorating rice krispy treats. We will make several treats- enjoy them while you work and take some home to enjoy later. Sign up by 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 10th with Liz- 580.475.0075 x203 or lwatts@territorygolf.com. Due to the hands-on nature of this class space is limited and registration is essential so we are able to prepare the appropriate amounts of supplies. $10 per child.

Valentine's Day Dinner: Tuesday, February 14th, enjoy a delectable, decadent four-course dinner tailored to you and your sweetheart's tastes. Choose the 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. seating and get ready to be wined and dined! On the menu: 1st course~ Spinach Artichoke Dip, 2nd course~ your choice of Lobster Bisque or Strawberry Fields Salad, 3rd course~ your choice of Beef Lover's Steak & Coldwater Lobster Tail or Twin Lobster Tails, 4th course~ an irresistible dessert. $75 per person.
